MedBridge Las Vegas will launch with the full range of non-emergency medical transportation used by our other locations. Every ride type below is planned for day one of service in the valley.
Wheelchair transportation
Door to door rides in vehicles built with a ramp or lift, so a rider never has to transfer out of their own wheelchair.
Ambulatory transportation
Comfortable sedan or van service for riders who can walk short distances but should not drive themselves or ride alone.
Stretcher transportation

MedBridge is designing the Las Vegas booking process around the same three steps that already work for riders in Napa and Los Angeles. None of this requires a smartphone or an app account, since many riders and caregivers prefer to book by phone.

MedBridge operates under the same standards used at its Napa and Los Angeles locations, including commercial auto insurance, vehicle inspections, and driver background checks. The Las Vegas location will meet Nevada’s licensing requirements before its first ride.
How is MedBridge different from a rideshare or taxi?
Rideshare and taxi drivers are not trained or equipped for riders who use a wheelchair, need a stretcher, or need help getting from a front door to a vehicle. MedBridge vehicles and drivers are set up specifically for medical transport, with the right equipment and training for each type of ride.
Can I schedule a ride for a family member?
Yes. Family members, caregivers, case managers, and facility staff will all be able to book rides on behalf of a patient once MedBridge Las Vegas is live.
